Life and records

Born Hawley 4 Jan 1841, daughter of Roswell and Bathsheba (Carter) Baker; m. Stephen B. Budington 15 Dec 1868; mother of Ellen Mary.

Record spelling Budington; family-preferred Buddington. OCR of the Archive.org djvu once garbles the given name as 'Freda' on the Budington page; the page image and the Baker sketch both read Ereda. Do not use Freda. Hollister Baker's children also include a daughter Ereda — that is this woman's aunt, not her.
