Ezra Sanford Jr. (11 November 1793 – 14 August 1883) was born in Warwick, Orange County, New York to Ann Hopper Sanford and Ezra Sanford Sr.. He married Adeline Terry Sanford. He had 10 children, including Abigail Sanford Gabriel, Emily Sanford Tuttle and George W. Sanford (1st). He died in 1883, in Warwick, Orange County, New York.

He was united in marriage to Ann Hopper, and had children,—Patience, Matthew, Olive, Olive (2d), Ann, Esther, Hannah, Mary, Ezra, and Dorcas.
