John Bursley came from England, and according to a Bursley genealogy he was at Weymouth, Massachusetts, by 1629.[1] That record gives his birth as about 1600.[1]
Marriage and family
He married Joanna Hull on 28 November 1639.[1][3] A Crocker genealogy lists Temperance Bursley, born in 1655 and died 29 March 1741, as the daughter of John Bursley and Joanna Hull.[2]
Later life and death
The Bursley genealogy gives his death year as 1660.[1]
