Margaret (de Clare) Badlesmere, Baroness Badlesmere (born 1287) was born to Thomas de Clare, Lord of Thomond (d. 1287) and Juliana (FitzGerald) de Clare, Lady of Thomond (1263-1300). She married Bartholomew de Badlesmere, 1st Baron Badlesmere. Her child was Maud (de Badlesmere) de Vere, Countess of Oxford.
