Oliver Babcock Jr. (16 September 1722 – 24 February 1806) was born in Westerly, Rhode Island to Oliver Babcock and Susanna Clark Babcock. He died in 1806, in Leyden, Massachusetts.
Early life
Oliver Babcock Jr. was born on 16 September 1722 in that part of Westerly, Rhode Island, which was set off on 19 March 1758 and is now called Hopkinton.[1] He was a son of Colonel Oliver Babcock and Susanna Clark Babcock.[1][3] His parents' marriage was recorded at Westerly, Rhode Island.[2]
Marriage and family
The Babcock genealogy states that he married in 1744, marking the year with a question mark, and that the marriage took place at Westerly.[1]
Later life and death
He died at Leyden, Massachusetts, on 24 February 1806.[1]
