James Iglehart
James Iglehart (21 July 1767 – 1815) was born to John Iglehart and Mary Denune Iglehart. He died in 1815, in Ohio County, Kentucky.
Early life
James Iglehart was born on 21 July 1767, the second child of John Iglehart and Mary Denune Iglehart.[1][4] Denune.org lists him as a son of John Iglehart and Mary Denune with the dates 1767–1815, noting the identification as proposed for family confirmation.[2]
Marriage and migration
According to a Maryland genealogical account, he married and moved to Kentucky.[1] A history of Ohio County, Kentucky, states that he left Maryland about 1812 and joined his brother in Ohio County.[3]
Later life and death
The Ohio County history records that he died there in 1815, only three years after his arrival.[3] Denune.org likewise gives his year of death as 1815.[2]
