Early life
Jonathan Brewster was born at Scrooby in Nottinghamshire on 12 August 1593.[2] He was the eldest son of Elder William Brewster.[2][5]
Migration to New England
Jonathan Brewster came in the ship Fortune in November 1621.[2][5]
Marriage and family
On 10 April 1624 he married Lucretia Oldham, of Derby.[2][4] Among his children was a daughter Grace, who was born on 1 November 1639 and married on 4 August 1659.[1]
Later life and death
Jonathan Brewster died in Connecticut on 7 August 1659 and was buried in the Brewster Cemetery at Brewster's Neck, Preston.[2]
