- Elder John Whipple's will, 10 May 1669, proved 28 Sep 1669, names 'my son John Whipple the sole executor' (Holman, Pillsbury Ancestry pp. 46-47, transcribed by Marshall Genealogy).
His will is dated May 10, 1669; his son Cornet John Executor ... my son John Whipple the sole executor.
