The 1930 census of Bingham Precinct recorded her as Alice M., wife of Jesse R. Jeske, age 27, in a household that included a son.[3] The census gives her name as Alice M. while the obituary of her son gives it as Alice Burton.[2][3] According to that obituary, Paul Allen Jeske was born September 19, 1930, to Jesse Royal and Alice Burton Jeske at Alliance, Nebraska.[2][5][6]
Later life and death
A 1948 wedding notice for one of her sons identified his parents as Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Jeske of Alamo, Texas.[1] Paul Allen Jeske's 2017 obituary lists his parents, Jesse and Alice, among those who preceded him in death.[2]
