Rebecca Browne was born about 1631, the daughter of Peter Browne and his wife Mary.[1][3] Her father had remarried a woman named Mary, whose maiden name has not been discovered, and Rebecca was a daughter of that marriage.[5] According to Wikipedia, the children of Peter and Mary Browne were Rebecca, born about 1631, and a child born by 1633 who died by 1647.[4]
